What are the conditions for using submersible sewage pumps?

Product Overview

In order to ensure that the WQ(JY) and WQA(JY) series submersible sewage pumps serve customers with better reliability and higher unit efficiency, based on the accumulated experience of 25 years of manufacturing this series of pumps, we have once again updated and optimized the hydraulic model, innovated the mechanical seal and bearing structure, and adopted high-quality motor materials to ensure reliability. The WQ (JY) series includes 108 models, and the WQA (JY) series includes 165 models. The two series complement each other. By using prototype impellers, modified impellers, and their cutting versions, within the performance range of the model spectrum, we can provide pumps that appropriately meet any flow rate and head working points required by users.

Terms of Use

  1. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 40℃, the volume ratio of solid phase matter in the medium is less than 2%, and the pH of the medium is 4-10;
  2. Low operating liquid level: refer to ▽ (without motor cooling system) in the installation dimension drawing. When there is a motor cooling system, the water level should only ensure that the pump can operate normally for water delivery;
  3. The main components of the pump are made of cast iron or ductile iron;
  4. The diameter of large solid particles in the medium is less than the value specified in the performance parameter table d, and the length of fibers in the medium is less than the diameter of the pump’s discharge outlet.
  5. Whether the motor is equipped with a cooling system corresponds to different low liquid level height values; the liquid level float switch is used when the electric control cabinet is set to automatic mode; for pumps with large liquid level differences, two float switches are used to control the start and stop liquid levels of the main pump or large pump; for small pumps or backup pumps added for ultra-high liquid levels, one float switch is used to control the start and stop liquid levels;
  6. When the electric control cabinet is located at a relatively far distance, a terminal box can be installed. If a conduit (to be provided by the user) is required, the inner diameter of the conduit should be determined based on the outer diameter of the cable;
  7. Viewed from the pump suction inlet, the impeller rotates in a counterclockwise direction;
  8. The standard for the outlet flange of the coupling seat follows GB17241.6. The nominal pressure is PN6 for diameters ≤250 and PN10 for diameters ≥300. All stainless steel outlet flanges of the coupling seat are PN10. Conical pipes and elbows are subject to customer requirements.
