Maintenance of submersible sewage pump
When an accident drainage pipe cannot be installed in the sump of a sewage pump, the pump should have an uninterrupted power supply. When the drainage inlet pipe can be closed, an uninterrupted power supply may not be necessary, but an alarm device should be installed. When lifting sewage and wastewater with large impurities, the outlet pipes of submersible sewage pumps in different sumps should not be combined for discharge. When lifting general wastewater, the outlet pipes of submersible sewage pumps in different sumps can be combined for discharge according to actual conditions. When two or more pumps share a single outlet pipe, valves and check valves should be installed on the outlet pipe of each pump. If the discharge from a single pump may cause backflow, a check valve should be installed. Pressure drainage pipes are not allowed to be combined with gravity drainage pipes inside the building for discharge.
When the submersible sewage pump is lifting sewage containing large debris, it is advisable to equip the pump with a crushing device; when lifting sewage with a high content of fibrous matter, a large-channel submersible sewage pump should be used. When the motor power is greater than or equal to 7.5 kW or the outlet pipe diameter is greater than or equal to DN100, a water pump fixed auto-coupling device can be used;
When the motor power of the submersible sewage pump is less than 7.5 kW or the diameter of the water outlet pipe is less than DN100, a flexible hose mobile installation can be adopted. When using a submersible sewage pump for drainage in a sewage collection tank, a fixed auto-coupling device for the pump should be installed to facilitate maintenance. The drainage pump should be capable of automatic start-stop and on-site manual start-stop. Multiple pumps can operate in parallel alternately or be put into operation in sections.
